I also have a 636 and i run 14/55 (-1/+12)...as said before, it kinda sucks for the highway but, livin in cali, it keeps me from gettin speedin tix....and if you need help with chain sizing, vortex has a calculator for how many links you'll need.

-1 +16 on my 636 and love it
