GoPro HD Hero 2!

\r\n \r\n it was at one point a fancy HP with a 22 inch flat screen monitor, now we have an acer tower with who knows what kinda of parts in it, surge protector didnt work and fried the thing, so the video card is new, we have 2 hard drives in it so it has tons of space, im not sure the size of the memory or any of that though. some computer guy re built it for us

\r\ni guess ill be keeping an eye out for a nice lap top cuz im moving soon, anything specific you suggest that will work good with HD video for the next laptop ? i didnt plan on spending to much\r\n

\r\n \r\n Going to be looking for deals over then next week, but started to really look at the specs, and cant really seem to find a real reason to get the 2 over the 1st gen hero, other then 170* in 1080, can anyone else help me out? i found local 1st gen $189, hero2 for $349\r\n

Not really sure what ur tax percent is where u at but I paid 325 shipped just for the camera. I went as far as getting the LCD screen plus the 32gb memory. Everything came out to 510 a few bucks more or less cant really remember. I would look at the receipt but I chewed that shit up and ate it before the wife could see it and have a fit

\r\nAll from gopro.com which I would actually recommend to get from. Reason being that I had bought the first HD go pro about a month and a half or 2 before the HD2 came out. Once the new one came out I called them and they actually allowed me to return the old one. I don\'t think any other retailer would allow that \r\n

\r\n \r\n just watched a few side by side videos on youtube, and it seems like the hero 2 does a lot better outside and inside. So i guess ill be going for the 2\r\n

\r\n \r\n If I didnt have mu Drift I might be seriously considering one of those... seems like they worked out most of the complaints/recommendations for the Hero\r\n
