\r\n \r\n its an 04 gsxr 600 left side on there now, the right side works as well, so do 636 calipers and again almost every radial 4 piston front. the plan was to have options and not be limited to just a honda right side, but rather use either side of a radial 4 piston. the front of the bracket is also .5 longer towards the motor, as well as a few thousands of n inch taller. it slides like butter when adjusting but much less play then the oem adjustment block. less play means ur pads bite on pressure with no bite and movement when a bracket would stop.\r\n

\r\n \r\n Are those only for 636\'s? Looks brilliant and id love to have one for the f4i... would it work for the f4i? after looking at it better i dont think it will.\r\n

\r\n \r\n 03/04 right now, i can get a 05/06 to build but need an f4i for a few days to do one. if i can get the bike early enough i can get it all done in a day but my current machinist will probably hit me $300 for the prototype due to all the cutting so i\'d like to have a few orders lined up if possible. i\'ll take every step i can to keep production cost down though including a different machinist if i can still get the 6061 aluminum, I REFUSE TO SACRIFICE QUALITY ON SOMETHING THIS IMPORTANT!
\r\n \r\nUPDATE: e-dub practice session tomorrow, gonna have some motion shots of that for you guys and his feedback as well \r\n \r\nafter reviewing a number of f4i bike, swingarm and brake bracket pictures, the safest option here is to re-cut an entire brake bracket with a rear extension for the radial caliper. if there is want, i will build but just know the price will be higher then the 636 design because of materials, machine time, measurements, etc. if i can get a few preorders after more 636 reviews for everyones comfort then i can fund the f4i bracket build and be able to get a better price being a bulk build\r\n | |
