i got away with it on my 06 636 for as long as i had the bike. but then my 05 636 i was gettin oil in my airbox... its wierd and i wante to run more oil in the r6 cuz my light was comming on in street wheelies over a mile so i did it just as a precaution for running more oil but ive never had any oil go into my exhaust even after running more oil so its prob not reallllly needed but a good safety measure. espeically if you have your tip sensor disabled and your bike ends up running while its on its side.\r\n
