Are you sure about that because that sounds pretty ridiculous. There are multiple times where a LEO needs to draw his weapon, and to say if you don't shoot you get fired is crazy. But I guess crazier things have happend. The NJ attorney generals just made it that the police can't tow your car for driving uninsured. Yet they will tow you if yor registration is expired.
