Gas tank building pressure?

LOL... I got welded shut vent lines and a stock cap on top and no pressure build up... don't even have a vent... on a hot day it does wine a bit though after a fresh fill-up

My 09 zx6r does it as well and I have had no luck with finding a cause . 7k on it unmolested stock tank and cap and vent line routing. Thing whistles when hot and puffs when u open the cap.
