\r\n \r\n sorry to hear about his lose, the officer honestly had no right pulling out his gun. it is always one step higher in force and since your friend was unarmed at most oc or taser should have been pulled out. sad sad story\r\n

\r\n \r\n Pulling a gun on a domestic disturbance is overkill, let alone shooting the mans dog. The officer was in the wrong and cisco paid the price. The escalation of force went from zero to 100 for no reason. Sorry for your loss and I hope the cop get whats owed to him. Its sucks that the cop doesn\'t even own up to his mistake but the bigger injustice is that a great friend was taken from this man for no reason. His supervisors recognized the mistake but backed the officer because thats what they do, and get away with it.:bang head
\r\nSome cops are alright and I have no problem with them, but there are those who take their authority to a whole new level and abuse it.......TO THAT I SAY FTP......FUCK THOSE POLICE.\r\n

\r\n \r\n cops dont care about things like this until it happens to them...cops get the right of way just because they passed a test back in the day stating they are free to carry a gun and badge to "protect and serve" ftp all day...cops look for reasons to fire there weapon eventually there will be riots over things like this and cops WILL DIE maybe then they will realize there abusing there power\r\n

That is truly a shitty story ,sorry for your friends loss .not to thread jack but I had a random officer stop in front of my house the other day and he walked up the driveway with some bullshit story about someone riding a blue dirtbike around the neighborhood and I just happen to be working on my sumo in t he driveway .long story short usually my 100lb. Blue nose is right next to me but happened to be in the house that day ,I know that cop would of shot my dog if he was out that day and would of gotten away with it

\r\n \r\n Mikey is my buddies name. And it amazes me how he is handling this. He is truly heartbroken as he loved Cisco like a kid. But he is not looking for money or this guys job. Just wants answers of why this cop could so easily pull a gun take a life. And hopefully get his story out so this does not happen to someone else. If it was that easy to shoot his dog what if Mikey had moved towards his dog? Would he have been shot with such disregard from the cop? It has actually hit a few online papers so far. Going to be on at least one news station in Austin tonight and already has over 12k likes on the Justice for Cisco Facebook page. Hopefully this Cop has to answer for what is so carelessly and heartlessly did. I know not all cops are bad but like bikers it only takes one asshole to give them all a bad name.\r\n

\r\n \r\n Wow almost 18k people on Facebook and many news outlets including ABCnews.com are picking this up. One way or another APD seems like they will have to give some sort of answer for this.

\r\n \r\n This has gone international but was a Top 3 story on all 3 major TV stations in Austin. On some Houston stations also. Dash cam video and some others and interviews are on Facebook page.

\nCop pulled his gun and started yelling. Cisco barely barked twice before the cop yells "oh shit dog" BOOM. Very sad.\r\n
