Nobody is rocking stolen bikes, its just blank frames bought to replace cracked ones and such.\r\n

\nyou could say that about some,but I\'ve come across many legit "blank" frames,either way its a blank frame.\r\n

\r\n \r\n if you have a bike with a blank frame in florida and they impound the bike you cant get it back because you need a title or a registration in your name to show ownership ..\r\n

\r\n \r\n factory blanks have a mso. motors n wat not havebtitles or receipts/b.o.s. u shuldnt have any problems bringing the bike over though. call the border if u have any questions of it. but fyi: wen a bike is shipped.. theres almost never a title with it, mainly those are mailed certified\r\n

\nIt\'s so say the same law where I\'m from,a trip to the PD with a lawyer got a tow release then and there.\r\n
