That\'s easy in PA. Step 1 get plate issued at any notary. Step 2 don\'t renew registration. Step 3 keep plate. Hahaha.

\ni got registration. i wore a different coat that day and it was in that jacket. so the prick said he was gonna cut me in the brake for being in the military and wrote me a citation for no insurance and registration. he was able to verify everything and what not, but seriously is that a definition of a break?\r\n

\nanyway, sorry about the rant! my other son\'s girlfriend has an 05 636, and it has the round bar. so i made a bracket to mount the plate, we had it zip tied to the left side rear peg, yeah it was rigged. but now it looks great. sorry i\'ll post pics later. it was a bitch because of that stupid under tail exhaust!\r\n
