\nim running an HP workstation as my editing station. Prolly got 1500-2000 into it all together.. Runs good but i wanna get a better processor.\r\n

\nI\'ve been virus free on my pc for 2 years without any antivirus program.
\nMac are the best for graphic/art/music editing because of the software that comes with. But if you have the money pc will always be better.
\nIf you really don\'t know computers well mac is always your safest bet, unless you ate a gamer...\r\n

i know plenty about computers its not that i like the mac much better and works great for me becouse i am a graphic design major in school and a photographer cac is the best for me but you would spend more money buildig a mac out of a pc then just buying one\r\n

Macs are best for photo, video, and music editing. They\'re more "business like", whereas PC\'s are made for a global scope of things, gaming and the likes.

\nAnd for all these "Macs don\'t get as many viruses" things, do you guys not remember a few months back? There was a huge virus that went around and fucked tons of Macs because Macs don\'t really get many viruses and thus didn\'t have anything to protect against them. :P\r\n
