update for the day...once i got the frame off i kept busy with a bunch of stuff...although it took longer than i was hoping to get it fully stripped, its finally there. overall wasnt really that bad at all. im sure re-assembly will be a BLAST but i think i did pretty good keeping everything labeled for the most part.

will work on prepping frame and swingarm tommorow, maybe get some coats of primer if the weather is nice enough. gonna sand as much of the surface area that i can and clean it really good with acetone.
few little parts taped up waiting to be prepped...got all these painted today
redid my tank dent..i got the bike with a real shitty half ass otown so i worked with what i had..i had it pretty nice before with some surf grip and a kickpad for lip but the dent itself wasnt wide enough and i didnt fit it in right...so i ripped off the grip which was contact cemented on (sucked) and stripped it all down (learned that my bike was previously black, blue, and yellow) lol. widened it out a good amount and worked alittle better of a lip on it.. should be alot better. im skinny so i dont have to go too crazy. gonna add another grip on so no point to go nuts on the stripping. quick coat of black and a nice new surf pad and she'll be good to go
and how the bike sits as of now...got the rims and subframe clearcoated so those are done...gonna prep and paint some more small parts tommorow and keep busy
