nevermind, just got it big ole allen key freed them up and the lock rings spun right off...takin frame off now, ill report back with pics alittle later

thanks for the help so far everyone! great learning experience...very frustrating at times but im sure the next time will go alot smoother and easier. might be sooner than i thought, my boy may be needing a frame swap on his f4i soon lol
