Just a round where the casing is filled with less powder before pressing in the slug in order to keep the projectile speed below the speed of sound? Or is it a special type of slug in the casing as well?\r\n

I was going to say.... I would have figured at bare minimum you would have needed a Federal Firearms License, which includes an extensive backgound search. Nice to have all the specifics on hand now to see what\'s up. Thanks Jwik!Quote:
