Your explanation of things is hard to understand. Your tranny isnt going to slip, your clutch is, I doubt you need a new tranny/gear stack. Your radiator has nothing to do with the slipping, unless the bike overheated/headgasket failure or cracked water jackets, resulting in coolant in the oil.
You are using motorbike oil right? just checking here...
