04 636 motor work. tips or tricks??

So do I. But I'm going to upgrade my front end. New exhaust, and r6 second rad fan. Ride iit until something breaks.
Was thinking about trying to get a used frame cheap and going twites route. I'm sure somebody cracked the front of there frame and the rear is still good.
