\r\n \r\n ive had my pit since 6 wks old.. i take him everywhere i go.. i mean EVERYWHERE.

\ni think its the most important thing to do do get em socialized to EVERYBODY not sure the ocational people that comeover.
\n
\ni also take him to as many places that have other dogs n let him play with them as often as possible.
\n
\ntry a command like NO.. and lay down then NO everytime he tries to bark.. that way he learns that this is not an acceptable thing to do.
\n
\nalso..once he gets a lil more curious about the guests give them a treat to give him so maybe he will learn that they r not bad.

\ni love my dog but owning a pit u have to be a better owner that when u own any other type of dog cause they lready have such a bad name.
