best way to tell if forks are bent?

Thats not a good way to check because there are other problems that can prevent your forks from being able to spin in the triples...For example your triples can just be twisted and out of alignment or your bottom triple can be bent...Not allowing the forks to turn....Doesnt mean your forks are bent, as Ive bent a few bottom triples without bending the forks...

Not to mention he said 954 forks, which are USD forks...So if they are bent, they will be bent on the lower tubes,no the upper sanctions that are in the triples...
