\r\n \r\n Your best bet here is to call the MTO. If it is a legit blank frame then it shouldnt be hard to get a VIN stamped and a new registration card. If it is already VIN\'d and isnt stolen then you could get it registered with the bill of sale probably after they do a background check on the VIN. I wouldnt imagine it would be more than a couple hundred bucks also. IMO\r\n
