Lost key to my 954

so i order a new ignition switch and gas cap of ebay and now the fuel pump does not work..i should have taken it to a lock smith but too late now cuz i thought the keys have chips in them or something.. anyway i might have fried the ecu, cuz i let the two bigger wires connect?! did i burn the computer?
because now when i connect all 3 wires turn the key, i can not hear the fuel pump and the bike will not start but turns over and everything..

and how the fuck do i get the gas cap off? drilling?
