this is the stuff they use on camo ATV plastics and hunting bows. The film comes in rolls and you lay a piece over a tub of water, I believe you add an activator which makes the film dissolve but remain floating on top of the water, you dip the part in and bring it up out of the water under the film, give it a rinse to flatten out the graphic and let it sit to dry. They showed it on OCC/American chopper one time. I'm sure there are utube vids....
