just baught a used motor "in perfect condition" from someone, and the thermostat housing holes are stripped out causing it to leak coolant..
i removed and installed the motor in this bike 3 times already without being able to ride it.. is there any way i would be able to fix this, without having to helicoil it and remove the motor AGAIN?
could i cake threadlock in there? use permetex? anything?
someone give me ideas.. (tried helicoils, but i would have to remove the motor in order to tap the holes..)
