heel fracture/bruise??

i had that when i had my accident last year. i think i planted my heel when i came off the bike and besides my knee injury i had a very very sore heel for like 4 weeks. they took x rays and found no breaks or anything and its fine now but it was really fucking sore for a month, i was sure something was wrong.
