Yes still uses stock adjusting block... I personally thought this was a sweet feature because it takes the guessing out of the wheel alignment adjument... Just adjust as normal, and then throw this thing under it...

Is it required though?? I use a feeler guage when adjusting mine just to know they are spot on and equal.
