+5 completely agree, we had 1 gay guy that was open about it, (off the record of course) was never a problem, he occasionally when he got drunk he would hit on a few guys but that was it. I guess I should have reworded my original post, I think they should just keep the whole dont ask dont tell policy, from what I saw for the 5 yrs being in the grunts, the policy worked just fine, from a logistics point of view, doing away with it could become a problem. As far as the entire military being homophobic
