well, while we are all debating our political views and current events, lets see what everyone's opinion on this subject is.
What do you think about the govt. repealling the "Don't ask, don't tell policy" in the military?
I personally am against it, I have absolutly no problem with gays, but I strongly believe that getting rid of this law will greatly hurt unit cohesion especialy in the grunt units. If you allow gays to openly serve in the military, we will have to add 2 more battalions @ recruit training, 1 for gay men, and another for gay women. Im sure everyone that was in the U.S.M.C. can remeber in 1st and 2nd phase of recruit training taking showers by the numbers with a plt. of about 60 all crammed in a tiny ass rain room
Man that really sucked ass!! Not to mention adding all the extra barracks.
Anyway, lets hear some opinions, try to keep it civil!
