Great thought, but is there any record of "people tearing into walls to get access to the superstructure"? You would have to cut through 2 layers of drywall just to get access to the beams. Then you\'d have to scrape off all the fire retardant power from them that is about 2" thick. Then you\'d have to create "super thermite" which to this date can\'t be created..... Just sayin.\r\n
