\r\nThis is NOT a bill for government ran healthcare. This is an INSURANCE BILL. It will require people to get coverage, or pay a fine. Thats just how it is, and I see nothing wrong with it. Why do you?

\r\nWe cannot straighten this out thru a private system, it DOESNT WORK. Is the government the best solution.........? Its the only entity large and strong enough with the ability to do so. Do you have a better idea?

\r\nAlso, this country is merely 200 years old. There are 300 million people living in this country. Change is inevitable. Yes, we were all born and raised into a free country. We\'re still free, trust me. Take a look at healthcare around the world, and tell me you would rather be anywhere else, even after the big bad government makes you get insurance to cover your own ass.\r\n

Ive been in the healthcare field for 10 years, Ive seen the problems our healthcare industry faces FIRST HAND. You wanna know one reason healthcare is sooooo expensive? UNINSURED people recieving healthcare, and not paying for it. Who do you think pays for the care they recieve? ME, and my insurance company, thru the rate hikes, because of the $$ the hospitals/clinics are writing off.Quote:
