Bike looks sick man! I loved my R6
About the kleen air mod:
THe whole Kleen air mod concept intended on a stuntbike or any bike for that matter is to take hot gasses / oil out of your bike's combustion process. Stunt bikes benefit even more because we don't want oil in our airbox.
The goal is to take your crankcase vent and hook it too your factory AIS valves.
The AIS valves create a vacuum that sucks the hot air/oil gasses from your crankase giving you less crankcase pressure which increases low end torque and a slight bit of power across the RPM range.
Cutler has the right idea figured out. His added step increases flow in the AIS to pull even more vacuum.
As far as the airbox goes you just want to take it out of the path completely. Seal up all the holes left from the stock AIS hoses.
I'm surprised more race guys haven't figured this out. those plates are not the way to go. they are an actually unnecessary.
