You need to check your state laws reguarding permits, ect. More than likely, you'll have to apply for a permit, wait a few days and then go pick it up. You could then purchase a handgun with that permit can you just buy from someone and keep it? Again, you would have to refer to the local and state laws. You will 99.9% of the time need a permit to buy one, from anyone any registration needed? Depends again |
