pull the plugs and turn it over a few times, let any fuel or water or whatever come out. then drip a very small amount of automatic transmission fluid or even just motor oil down in the cylinders. let it sit for 30 minutes or so then turn it over again (with the plugs still out) just watch out cuz if it spins over fast its gunna shoot that fluid back out with some power lol. you can sit some rags over the holes to keep the mess under control. reinstall the plugs and everything else and see if she starts.

if the motor sat for a while it can lose all the lube on the cylinder wall and make it hard to spin over. good luck
