slower you go the harder it will be to balance a stand-up no hander and you'll be fighting the side to side crap. crank that idle up clutch it up, get some good forward momentum so the bike stabilizes, put your handlebars against your upper abs and let go. You don't want to be speeding up/slowing down or going side to side before you let go. Constant=key
