I bought a 905 cause it "looked" like it would "probably" be real strong and last a long time... it turned out to be the shittiest cage I ever owned. All the welds broke after a couple gay sissy drops. I honestly don't know the difference between round stock and tubing... but whatever Ian uses at SI is STRONG AS HELL. The shit dosen't budge and the welds are professional. The best part of the cage is that it's design keeps it from flipping up on the bars/tank. This is the single biggest reason i'll never go to any other cage. I used to keep a spare front brake master, a spare clutch, and a spare handbrake master because these were the things I would replace all the time when I was running FI and 905. Ever since switching to SI last year... I've sold all my spares on ebay, and I'm even going back to full fairing on the stunnter cause it never flips anymore. |
didn't say it looks strong. It says it looks like you could get it made w/round stock. which is solid bar (which I know is stronger). instead of tubing like my powers cage wich distroyed my upper by rolling. (1st drop)
I like the price of the SI.
