WOW, that's a LOT of money and it's not REALLY portable (for the $1200 one)...
we do our own tires... with two flathead screwdrivers. and no we do not mangle the rims. we break the bead with a ramp. and we can do it anywhere. sometimes after i blow a tire at a show... the crowd will ask if i have another rim so i can ride more, so i bet them that i can change the tire right in front of them inless than 10 mintues (that is takin rim off, changing tire, inflating tire and reinstalling rim)... i haven't lost yet! LOL some people get REALLY mad at their local shop after seeing me do that
