thats a load of shit, can he appeal this? sounds like the cop wanted to nail him any way he could  yea we're lookin into appealin the verdict or just maybe into just the sentence...just found out the judge's daughter was killed by a drunk driver and everyone he sentences that has to do with driving/riding or anything vehicle related ends up gettin the max sentence. shit just keeps gettin deeper and deeper........ |
