03-04 600RR Tank Dent
#13
I know that 600rr's are becoming less and less common for the use as a stunt bike so I wanted to contribute to this post for anyone else that decides to do a tank dent for their 03' to '09 600rr. Here are a few pictures of how I dented my '06 RR.

Slowly heat the plastic with a heat gun and then you can stand on the tank and when its soft enough it will just bend in. You don't want to melt the paint so be patient. Having a friend help will make it go faster.

Carve the foam kick with a grinder or a box knife to get the shape that you want. Then cover it with the HT Moto grip foam.

I used a 2" HT Moto Naked kick to build the aggressive lip on the back of the tank.
