250 just doesnt have the power for fun man. its a great and fun bike but the shit has to get boring after a while. Ive seen some miles on a drz that is for sure. they are bullet proof. The ktm 450s with the 6 speed tranny is your best bet man. not just saying it because i had one either. there is almost no supermotos that are highway worthy paris car service. just a select few. the wr250x is fine and a little more relaible then the ktms but you are going to have way more fun on the ktm for sure. the drz is kinda fast but heavy as shit for a moto but will take miles upon miles.

I will never part of my KTM not only because it is powerful, but it is also a good endurance .
