2014 zx10r help

so I'm good wit a crash cage , subcage , got two things needed though

rear sprocket? if I go up 6-7 in the rear to help pull up easier how much chain do I need to add?

and does anyone know where to find a rear handbrake setup or how to set one up on the bike itself?
