I guess you haven't been selling on ebay long enough to know what's expected of a seller. Different rules apply than what you can get away with from your website.

Yes I think it's okay because Im always telling my customers that those parts have to be made. Were it's written that they are in stock?
Hundreds of my customers understand that and they not have a problem with that because they understand that these are good products in great prices and it's worth to wait.
I understand that this deal took too much time and once again sorry for that, but I gave proposition about shipping costs refund which I think is a good deal.
You dont want it and want to order somewhere else, pay more and wait another two weeks - no problem, Im oing to make refund now.
