we can assume that the contact patch will always be directly below the axle. The rake angle can change depending on ride height in front or rear, but the angle between forks and frame will always be the same, so once the rear tire is off the ground, rake angle doesn't matter any more. I drew some lines on this picture to explain why I think BP would be lower with a raised front end.
