I can see how raising the front end would raise the COG slightly, but the way I see it, having 'longer' forks would put the COG over the front axle at a lower tail height.
Explain to me how raising the rear suspension makes a huge difference. I imagine it would be closer to bp from the start, but once the rear is off the ground, the only difference would be that the rear axle would be down and further back making the bp maybe slightly higher.
