Waterpump.
Oil and water are pumped around in there from the same pump(most bikes). If waterpump goes bad, oil gets mixed with coolant. If it would be headgasket, you'd have coolant in your oil more likely. I would start with waterpump but it can be either of them. Waterpump is easier to get to and for me it seems like a waterpump issue.
