You don't really need it on a dirtbike. The pegs and pars keep the engine safe for the most part. I have some cycra barkbusters that have removable plastic sliders, they're kind of nice but a pain in the ass to install and if I didn't ride woods I wouldn't have them at all.
I have seen people put axle pegs for a little wheel protection and I'm pretty sure 50stunt sells them. Otherwise they would be pretty easy to make. I would go with axle pegs and maybe some sliders for the bar ends and you should be good.
As for the wheelies, it's really easy to ride them out JUST under BP of dirtbikes for some reason. Seems like they want to just kind of stick there so you're just slowly adding throttle to keep it going but eventually you rev out... The only thing to do is get used to getting higher. COVER YOUR BRAKE and USE IT! It's real easy to get lazy and not use the brake at all on a dirtbike for power wheelies because there's so much engine brake but then you end up looping if you do it wrong. Do this like 1000 times and you'll be good: You want to start from as slow as you can get while still being balanced, clutch up STRAIGHT to BP, and then use the brake to set it down. Try to get to balance point in as little distance as possible, then you'll be going really slow. If you don't have the idle set up high on the carb, just don't let the throttle off all the way. Once you can consistently get up straight to BP, then try riding them out slowly and use the BRAKE to control the height, not just the throttle.
