Yeah, first or second should be good. Start from going as slow as you can and try to bring it straight up to balance point. Don't chase them out, just start with small lifts and slowly stay on the throttle a little longer each time until you're going straight to BP. It will definitely take some practice, but keep on it. Try to be smooth and consistent with the throttle. Ideally you want the throttle to be slightly lifting the wheel at balance point and then tap the brake to keep bringing it down. If you have that control down, then with the idle set to that throttle position, you can take your throttle hand off for tricks. Easier said than done, but with practice it will come!
