Same thing with HB brackets they have %5 of the design and manufacturing process and yet we pay $200 for them all day...I could go on and on with examples of parts that have way more profit margin and way easier to make, $100 triple clamps, $200 for rearsets!, etc...Half the companies dont even finsih these parts we get them raw aluminum for those prices
Agreed, but for me It's just a "for kicks" kinda thing. It isn't going to make my bike better, lighter, or more durable in the lot. It will just let me cruise better at high speeds which I don't care for. The only advantage to me is lowering MY RPMs at 65mph from 7,100 to under 5k.
