What's this ticking noise?

Unfortunately the ticking is back. After the install of the manual cct I thought I was gone, but just comes and goes less frequently. Now it makes anywhere from 3-5 ticks every 20 seconds. Almost consistently and doesn't matter whether the bike is leaned or not.

Sounds like the cam chain for sure but it's bugging the hell out of me because the ticking comes and goes instead of being constant will upload a video soon

Any looser and it rattles crazy and any tighter it whines.
