Was the bag busted open? Shouldn't have been missing a spacer. Don't run it without all of the spacers in place. Yes we will send you another spacer. I wouldn't recommend trying to spread the cage. Sometimes they get a little bit of spring in from welding the gussets, but we have never had one that wouldn't go on. Email me at

The bag wasn't ripped open, but it had one engine mount bolt with 2 spacers on it and the second engine mount bolt only had 1 spacer on it in the bag.
And yeah, that's my bike with the cage on it. I got it on and tightened down, that's why I didn't worry about it at the time, but after thinking about it it's a little unnerving that the cage didn't sit flush with the frame, so I figured I'd ask before I thrash it while it's installed incorrectly.
