i know a bunch of you have mentioned not to do that. Not challenging it but just curious what the reason is to not. i know you have to have room for air and expansion, guess i'm trying to learn here. will fluid expand so much when really using hard brakes in the lot that it will make your brakes have constant pressure or something else fade mybe? I've always used R6 rear brake reservoirs on all of my previous handbrake systems. I've never used a tiny brembo resy up until right now (which i did not fill completely) but the diaphram is a lot different than what my R6 resys are. I've always filled mine up until they are about to overflow and put the cap on, it does overflow but the groove inside the r6 diaphram forces a big air bubble no matter what. The lil resy diaphram i think is flat in the center so im thinkin it wont push out the proper fluid needed to have the right amount of air. I'm only curious on this cuz i've done this countless times since 2006 and ive never had any brake issues or ever had a brake fade etc.

have i never had an issue because of the shape of that r6 diaphram not being flat in the center or because i was generally a much more street stunter than a lot stunter and dont use anywhere near as much brake as lot stunters do etc. just tryin to satisfy my curiosity here. i did however use my same r6 resy on my wr250x that i lot stunted a bunch and really used a lot of brakes on, but something about that lil brembo resy diaphram struck me as odd right off the bat when i just got them for my R6 so i chose to not fill it completely. i was always worried about air movin up into the master mid wheelie thats why i tried to get them quite full.
