Front Brake Keeps Building Pressure/locking up

Sounds like you got fluid on the rear pads.

The front sounds like you either have too much fluid in the reservoir or your lever isn't releasing the plunger all the way out, some after market levers will hold a little pressure on the pin that pushes the plunger in.

If it's neither of those two problems, then the only other things I can think of would be dirt in the return port of the master or sticky calipers.

The most common cause is an over filled reservoir, there is a full line for a reason.
