LOL that proves it right there that Billy is not stamping VIN#s like he's claiming which is what my question was about. In Washington state it may be easy to get to that point but it wont be so easy here. But regardless, his frames do not come with a 17 digit VIN# that he stamps on them because he is not allowed to stamp VIN #s like he claimed he was. WA state riveted a vin plate onto your friends bike once it went through the DMV inspection which luckily for him it was easy in his state. Unfortunately for me and others, I can't travel to Washington with my bike in the back of my pickup just to get a legit VIN# and title. And I just noticed one of his pics says "Valid in Washington Only". I dunno what thats about cause I didn't read his thread and only looked at pics but that doesn't help if you eventually wanna sell. Oh well, I just know I'm not gonna buy because I just need a frame that comes with a title which his doesn't but he should stop advertising that his frames come with VIN #s cause they don't and eventually someone is gonna get fucked and be pissed off
