Okay but either way it doesn't come with a VIN# lol. I read his first thread which said he was allowed to stamp 17 digit VIN#s on frames. If you're allowed to stamp a 17 digit VIN# on a frame then it should come with a title. If it doesn't then what good is that? Now he's not saying he's stamping VIN #s on frames but his frame comes with a VIN but when asked about it now the answer is you get an MCO but have to go to DMV to get a VIN & Title. That's the same as SMD and you may not get a VIN# if things don't go smoothly with the DMV inspection. Plus you're getting an MCO for a custom built frame - not a custom built bike like the chopper stores do so it's a lot different than what he said about dealers doing the same w cars/trucks. Those are assembled vehicles - this is a frame. Completely different.
